Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Many Lost Generation products are made to order and have specific lead times per item. Please refer to the specific timeframe on your product's page to know how long it will take to process your order. Expect an email within within 2 business days to let you know your expected ship date, and another by that ship date with an updated ship date. 

LOCAL PICKUP & DELIVERY: Orders can be picked up or delivered in Central Austin on a case-by-case basis. Pickup availability will generally be M-F, 12PM-6PM with at least 24 hrs planning. Local pickup option does not impact made to order product lead times, but rather only stands in place of shipping costs and timing. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

SHIPPING DETAILS: Orders are generally shipped within two business days of being made to order using USPS Ground delivery. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping is available for orders over $75.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: Full price items are eligible for return/exchange for 30 days following delivery or in-person purchase. If the item is in new, unworn/unused condition, we will refund the full order amount mind the shipping costs for the the original order and return. Returned items must have tags attached or be in original, unopened packaging. We cannot accept returns that show signs of wear or use. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) are not eligible for return.

All sale items are final sale.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please email lostgengoods@gmail.com to initiate an online return.
